Ayres Associates was contracted through the NCWRPC for the creation of 18" RGB DOQQs from the native resolution digital orthophotography from the 2010 WROC imagery program. Flights occurred in the Spring of 2010 for the entire State of Wisconsin. Re-flights were necessary for the eastern 4 mi of Columbia Co., parts of NW Oconto Co, and the south half of Lincoln Co. during the spring of 2011. Please refer to http://www.ncwrpc.org/WROC/Delivery_Specs.pdf for WROC program information.

Native resolution counties were mosaicked together to create 18" DOQQs.
The data is complete for the entire State of Wisconsin.
The digital orthophotography meets or exceeds National Map Accuracy Standards for 1"=1000' scale mapping.
This standard requires that 90% of all test points are within 1/30th of an inch at mapping scale.
Ayres Associates created 18-inch resolution RGB DOQQs meeting 1:12,000-scale National Map Accuracy standards for horizontal accuracy. The DOQQs are a post product of native resolution WROC state-wide orthophotography. Please refer to the following link for quality standards: http://www.ncwrpc.org/WROC/Delivery_Specs.pdf
